The COA will verify all the amounts and claims on the packaging. The COA is also what regulatory agencies look at to hold these companies accountable. 

Using incorrect quantities of CBD for your use-case

The amount of CBD you take also matters. Some people rely on recommendations from friends or family when it comes to figuring out how much CBD to take. The problem with this is that everyone metabolizes natural products differently, regardless of if they are taking a hemp or another ingredient. 

If the CBD products you are taking aren’t effective for you, it may be time to change the amount you’re taking. Your endocannabinoid system is responsible for regulating many types of physiological processes in your body, which include your nervous and immune systems. 

It is important to remember that the endocannabinoid system is unique for every person. This means that it may be necessary to adjust your dosage of CBD. Start out with 50mg of CBD, and go up or down in increments of 10 until you feel it’s right for you.
